When an apprentice intially signs their training contract with their chosen Australian Apprenticeship Centre, a joint decision is made by the employer and the apprentice as to which organisation will perform the formal training and assessment.

Meeting your Needs
Although our training policy requires attendance at Workplace Training for some trades, we aim to satisfy industry training needs by offering flexible training times and allowing you, the employer, to choose when your apprentice attends their training.
Workplace Training can provide accommodation information to students needing somewhere to stay during their training.
Employers have direct contact with training staff, allowing quick resolution of any issues of concern.
Teaching strategies are varied, allowing for learners to progress at a rate and in a manner consistent with the needs and expectations of the individual students.
At the successful completion of each course, students will receive a nationally recognised Qualification that is issued within the guidelines of the AQTF and scope of this SRTO's registration.
